New Facebook Messages and Email System

The Facebook new messages could be your next new inbox for all your emails, chat and texts. The new message and email system is still not available to all users but Facebook is slowly rolling it out for everyone. To get it simply click here and press the Request an Invitation button, I have requested for an invitation but I'm waiting for it over a month, so I've taken some snaps from my friend's Facebook account to give you a quick look to the message system.

The Facebook's message system is clean and has a new interface, Facebook has removed the subject line, which is great and informal when it comes to sending and receiving emails.

The Facebook.com Email Address:

Facebook has also launched the email feature which enables you to receive emails in your inbox, this will enable anyone (Not just your friends on Facebook) to send emails to you. Your Facebook email address will be your Username@facebook.com i.e. facebook.com/your-username or if you still haven't set-up a username you will be asked to create one for your account.

Once, you have claimed your Facebook email and setup the new message system you can activate text messaging to send and receive messages,Send the SMS - letter F to number - 9232232665 to get the confirmation code.

Your messages will now appear as a threaded conversation, and will have a quick reply mode, your messages will be sent when you press the enter button.

Many people have received an invitation for the new messaging system long ago(around 6 months back) but many are still waiting for an invitation.
