Facebook is used by over 400 million people over the world currently, but the Facebook chat is still got much to improve, sadly the option to save chat history on Facebook is still not available, but you still have a lot of options if you opt for 3rd party chat applications, you can easily save your conservations on Facebook. There are many applications available for Facebook. today I'll show you how to save your Facebook chat history with the help of a FireFox add-on. Earlier an extension for chrome was available but it has disappeared suddenly so I haven't included it here.

The Firefox Chat history Manager add-on is another great add-on available for Firefox users to save chat history. To start-off install the
Add-on, after its installed click
Tools > FaceBook Chat History manager > Get Facebook ID from menubar.
Now a windows will open asking you for for Facebook account credentials.
Enter your login details and Facebook will now ask you to to grant access to the app., after you click allow the app will get your Facebook ID and will ask you to enter a password for your account.
After you complete the above steps, you can have access to your Facebook chat history by pressing the keys
Ctrl+Alt+F, and then entering your login credentials.
