This is a paid review about Proxy Pro – your ultimate remote desktop software. Just because it is a paid review, the intention of this article is not completely praise their service. Rather, I’ve just shared my experience in using their demo software. Well, it is quite obvious that many people use TeamViewer to access a remote desktop.
However, I would suggest you to try other products like Proxy Pro who offer better features compared to TeamViewer.
Proxy Pro offers the ability to take control of the end user’s activity via your computer. It’s just not limited to the control of mouse and keyboard. You are provided with the ability to cut copy and/or transfer information on the remote machine from your machine. The vice versa is also possible. Apart from these primary remote desktop features, their product includes other features like File Transfer capability, Remote Printing, Host Administration and Remote Management.
Why should I posses Proxy Pro? Simple! By using their software, you simply enhance the services offered by your company, especially those helpdesk organisations, to the clients with better user experience and the ability to diagnose your client’s problem faster than before. You can simply buy their product because of their expertise in this field – more than 15 years of experience in handling remote desktop clients/softwares.
The above software is tested to work perfectly fine on a majority of operating systems that includes, but not limited to, Windows 7/Windows Vista/Windows XP/Server 2008 R2/ Server 2008/Server 2003. The product Proxy Pro 7.04 is delivered as package wherein you get the following components namely, PROXY Pro Host, PROXY Pro Terminal Server Host, PROXY Pro Master, PROXY Pro Gateway and PROXY Pro Deployment Tool.
Well, there are three editions offered by the company - Proxy Pro 7 WorkStation Edition, Proxy Pro 7 Gateway Edition, Proxy Pro 7 Screen Recording Edition. The first edition (WorkStation) uses a peer-to-peer network model to connect with the remote PCs - ideal for small and medium sized networks, whereas the later one (Gateway) uses a hub and spoke model to connect with remote desktops – ideal for large networks.
Screen Recording Edition includes simple softwares that gather screen shots of large of number of PCs simultaneously – highly recommended for call centre oriented services and not recommended for solving technical issues. A complete in depth view about each edition and the list of features could be read here – Proxy Network Products.
