iPad 2 Launched in India

Apple's iPad 2, powered by the iOS, is the second-generation tablet PC, iPad 2 will be launched today in India along with Hong Kong, Israel, Korea, Macau, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, Turkey and UAE. This is indeed a good news for the Indians, who have been looking forward to buy the iPad 2. The iPad 2 is thinner than the iPhone 4, and it's twice as fast as the first generation iPad and is also camera-equipped for taking photos and video chatting. The battery life is also the same as the original - about 10 hours of usage and a month on standby.

The iPad 2 comes with a new dual-core Apple A5 CPU, 512MB RAM and a new PowerVR SGX543MP2 dual-core GPU. Apple iPad 2 CPU performance is two times faster, and nine times faster on graphic performance.
